A Polícia Civil, por meio da Delegacia de Água Boa, deflagrou, na manhã desta quinta-feira (13.06), a Operação Dólos, para cumprimento de 35 ordens judiciais, que integram o trabalho de investigação do furto de dezenas de armas de fogo de dentro do almoxarifado do Fórum do município.
Na operação são cumpridos 32 mandados de busca e apreensão e um de prisão na cidade de Água Boa e dois mandados de busca e apreensão na cidade de Mauá (SP).
A operação conta com a participação de mais de 100 policiais civis do estado de Mato Grosso e com apoio do Centro Integrado de Operações Aéreas (Ciopaer) e da Polícia Civil do estado de São Paulo.

As investigações conduzidas pelo delegado de Água Boa, Matheus Soares Augusto, apontam que um prestador de serviço do Fórum, que tinha acesso à sala de armas e de objetos apreendidos, subtraiu diversas armas de fogo que ficavam guardadas no local e as revendeu para criminosos e outras pessoas da cidade.
Ainda não foi possível confirmar o número de armas subtraídas, mas a estimativa é que sejam mais de 30. As ordens de busca e apreensão tem como foco a localização das armas, assim como angariar outros elementos que possam auxiliar no avanço das investigações e na identificação das pessoas envolvidas no comércio do armamento.
“Com o cumprimento dos mandados esperamos apreender o maior número de armas possível, colher novos elementos que ajudem a esclarecer os fatos, e identificar outras possíveis pessoas envolvidas no crime”, disse o delegado.
