O deputado Diego Guimarães (Republicanos) criticou a atuação da Via Brasil, concessionária responsável por diversas rodovias de Mato Grosso.
Na tribuna da Assembleia Legislativa, na sessão da última quarta-feira (03.07), o parlamentar afirmou que enquanto a empresa não presta os serviços pelos quais os motoristas pagam, por meio dos pedágios, o órgão público responsável não realiza, de forma adequada, a fiscalização do contrato.
Diego ressaltou que há alguns meses encaminhou ofícios à Secretaria de Estado de Infraestrutura e Logística (Sinfra) e à Agência Estadual de Regulação dos Serviços Públicos Delegados de Mato Grosso (Ager) para saber das ações de fiscalização relacionados ao contrato de concessão da MT-100, sob responsabilidade da Via Brasil. O trecho concessionado em questão vai do município de Alto Araguaia até a divisa com Mato Grosso do Sul.
“Fiquei surpreso com a situação, porque das informações que eu recebi vindas da Ager e da Sinfra eu percebo que ou está sendo feito vista grossa ou a Ager não está cumprindo seu papel. O cronograma de obras não é cumprido, a concessionária está demorando para apresentar projeto executivo e realizar as obras e, mais do que isso, o básico não é feito”, pontuou Guimarães.
O parlamentar explicou que as reclamações dos motoristas que trafegam pelo trecho concessionado, e pagam pedágio, são recorrentes e que, neste sentido, a atuação da Ager não tem sido satisfatória. “No caso da MT-100, apenas em 29 de maio foi apresentado um auto de fiscalização para problemas como buraco na estrada e falta de sinalização. Até quando Mato Grosso vai admitir que a empresa ganhe dinheiro e não cumpra sua parte?”.
Diego pediu o apoio dos demais parlamentares para que haja o acompanhamento das ações de fiscalização. “Se a Via Brasil não serve, o Governo de Mato Grosso precisa declarar a caducidade e retirar ela desses contratos. Sei da seriedade de quem conduz a Ager, mas é preciso que haja um plano de fiscalização e, se o contrato não for cumprido, que se imponha multa, assim como ocorre com o cidadão comum”.
