O prefeito de Cuiabá, Emanuel Pinheiro, recebeu nesta quinta-feira (1) o Relatório Situacional da Saúde de Cuiabá, entregue pelo secretário de Saúde, Deiver Teixeira.
A documentação apresentada demonstra que o gabinete de intervenção do Estado elevou o passivo da Secretaria em R$ 130 milhões em apenas 9 meses em que esteve à frente da administração da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde (SMS).
O passivo foi detectado mesmo diante do aumento de repasses do governo do Estado ao município durante o período de intervenção. Com isso, o déficit apurado em 2023 foi de R$ 121 milhões.

“Se somarmos os meus 7 anos de mandato, antes da intervenção promovida pelo gabinete de intervenção do governo do Estado, não dá os R$ 96 milhões a mais que o governo mandou para o gabinete de intervenção só no período de 9 meses. É um dinheiro que a gente sabe que o estado não vai dar mais, e mesmo assim, o gabinete deixou um déficit de R$ 228 milhões projetado para o ano de 2024”, afirmou Emanuel. “Foi uma tragédia, realizada por incompetentes, descompromissados, levianos e irresponsáveis. Todos vão ter que responder por isso”, completou o prefeito.
Segundo o prefeito, os dados mostram que o gabinete enganou o Ministério Público de Mato Grosso (MPMT) e o Tribunal de Justiça de Mato Grosso (TJMT), apresentando informações que, na prática, não estão corretas. O saldo da dívida, que era de R$ 415 milhões em 2022, saltou para R$ 546 milhões em 2023. Os números demonstram que o gabinete descumpriu as determinações judiciais que resultaram na intervenção para elaborar o pagamento de dívidas da SMS, fazendo o contrário: aumentando o débito.
“Essa é a verdade como ela é, a minha obrigação é mostrar tudo, para não vir fake news dizendo que a Saúde melhorou. Melhorou coisa nenhuma, isso é uma tragédia, estão enganando o Ministério Público, estão enganando o Poder Judiciário, estão enganando o Tribunal de Contas do Estado e, pior do que tudo isso, estão enganando o povo cuiabano e a nossa sociedade, estão mentindo descaradamente”, afirmou o prefeito.
