Diante da situação relacionada à testagem de Covid-19 pacientes nas Unidades de Pronto Atendimento – Upas’s e Policlínica do Pedra 90, a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde esclarece:
-Todos os pacientes estão sendo testados mediante apresentação de sintomas;
-Caso necessário, os testes serão administrados de acordo com as demandas médicas e dentro do fluxo normal de atendimento;
-Salienta que todos os cuidados são adotados para não transformar as unidades de pronto atendimento em postos de testagem em massa, já que estas unidades possuem perfil de atendimento a pacientes com várias comorbidades, onde evitamos esse risco;

-Não existe racionamento de testes rápidos, e portanto não há a necessidade dos pacientes em atendimento nas UPAs e Policlínica do Pedra 90, procurarem farmácias para adquirir os testes por conta própria;
-Na última sexta-feira (09), A SMS recebeu 50 mil testes adquiridos pela atual gestão da SMS e mais 50 mil estão em processo de aquisição;
-Importante esclarecer ainda que,ao recebermos de volta a Saúde Municipal, após intervenção estadual em 31 de dezembro, encontramos mais de 15 mil testes enviados pelo Ministério da Saúde com vencimento em 30 de janeiro;
-Para evitar perdas destes testes rápidos, foram realizadas campanhas com dois dias ‘D’ de testagem em massa nas unidades básicas de saúde;
-Por fim, reafirma o compromisso em assegurar a testagem adequada conforme as necessidades dos pacientes, dentro dos padrões de atendimento da unidade.
