A Delegacia de Polícia de Tapurah deflagrou nesta terça-feira (29) a operação “Veredicto” para cumprir ordens de prisão preventiva contra um advogado e dois líderes de uma facção criminosa, todos custodiados no sistema prisional do estado.
A operação conta com apoio da Delegacia Regional de Nova Mutum e os mandados foram cumpridos em Sinop, onde os três investigados estão detidos em função de outras investigações.
A investigação apontou que os líderes da facção são os autores intelectuais da morte de Riquelme Souza Félix, 22 anos e Joel Pereira da Silva, 26 anos, e tiveram o auxílio do advogado na ação do “tribunal do crime que culminou com as mortes dos jovens.

As vítimas foram sequestradas e, posteriormente, amarradas em um local de mata próximo ao município de Itanhangá, em abril de 2022. No local, os executores realizaram uma videochamada com os líderes da facção para decidirem sobre a morte das vítimas.
Nesse período, um dos líderes solicitou ajuda ao advogado para fazer um levantamento de informações a respeito de possíveis passagens criminais das vítimas nos estados de Pernambuco e de São Paulo. Desta forma, o advogado, em tempo real, enviou cópias das consultas feitas nos tribunais de justiça, mesmo tendo ciência de que as vítimas estavam amarradas e subjugadas em poder de criminosos. Logo depois, as vítimas, ainda vivas, foram torturadas e esfaqueadas até serem decapitadas. Os executores gravaram toda a cena e enviaram os vídeos para os líderes criminosos.
Conforme apurou a investigação, as lideranças determinaram a dupla decapitação das vítimas, enquanto o advogado auxiliou no ‘veredito’ de morte fornecendo as informações determinantes. “Assim, o advogado aderiu à conduta dos líderes e consentiu com o resultado da morte. O braço jurídico atuou à margem da lei e sem respeitar os princípios éticos que regem a entidade da categoria”, pontuou o delegado responsável pela investigação, Guilherme Pompeo.
Desaparecimentos e execuções
Os dois jovens trabalhadores foram confundidos com integrantes de uma facção criminosa rival e executados brutalmente. Riquelme e Joel desapareceram em 29 de abril, quando não apareceram na empresa de construção civil onde estavam trabalhando, em Tapurah.
A partir do registro do desaparecimento, a Polícia Civil iniciou as investigações para chegar ao paradeiro dos dois rapazes e no dia 06 de maio, a delegacia do município recebeu uma informação de que havia dois corpos em uma área de mata, próximo ao limite com o município de Itanhangá. Os corpos estavam decapitados, já em decomposição e com mãos e pés amarrados. Após investigação, a Polícia Civil chegou à identificação dos cinco autores do crime, sendo três adultos e dois adolescentes.
Condenações
Dois adultos, autores dos homicídios, já foram julgados e receberam condenações que somam 60 anos de reclusão pelos crimes de homicídio qualificado, ocultação de cadáver e corrupção de menores. Um deles passou pelo tribunal do júri em fevereiro e o outro em março deste ano.
