A Delegacia de Alto Araguaia cumpriu, nesta terça-feira (06.08), mandados de prisão e de busca e apreensão, dentro da Operação Tatuagem, contra um alvo de 58 anos investigado por violência sexual contra uma criança na cidade de Ponte Branca.
Os mandados foram expedidos pelo juízo da 1ª Vara Criminal e Cível de Alto Araguaia, após representação do delegado Marcos Paulo Batista e parecer favorável do Ministério Público.
A mãe da vítima procurou a Delegacia de Alto Araguaia e relatou que ao dar banho na filha, de quatro anos de idade, notou a pele avermelhada. Ao ser indagada, a criança disse que o investigado a havia tocado.

A Polícia Civil apurou que o investigado reside perto da casa da vítima e é irmão do padrasto da mãe da criança. Ele já havia tomado atitudes suspeitas, como buscar a criança na escola sem a autorização da mãe e realizou uma festa de aniversário sem o consentimento dos responsáveis pela menor. Além disso, fez uma tatuagem em alusão à criança.
Após aprofundar a investigação, a equipe da Delegacia de Alto Araguaia confirmou os indícios e o delegado do município representou ao Poder Judiciário pela prisão preventiva, busca e apreensão e quebra de sigilo de dados do investigado e o depoimento especial da vítima.
Nesta terça-feira, duas equipes da Polícia Civil cumpriram os mandados em Ponte Branca, cidade vizinha a Alto Araguaia. Na casa foram encontrados diversos brinquedos e roupas infantis. Também foi constatado que o investigado tem duas tatuagens alusivas a crianças. Ao ser indagado, ele confessou que teria feito para ‘homenagear’ a criança vítima e um outro menor, que já não reside na cidade, mas que teve contato com ele por um período
“O investigado, que não possui filhos, ao que parece, desenvolveu um sentimento doentio por crianças, atraindo-as para a sua casa, mediante oferecimento de brinquedos e bancando festas de aniversários, no intuito de praticar os crimes. As duas tatuagens fazem referência a uma pseudoligação paternal com as crianças vítimas”, explicou o delegado Marcos Paulo.
O investigado foi encaminhado à unidade prisional de Alto Araguaia, onde aguardará a conclusão das investigações e o andamento do processo. A pena para o crime de estupro de vulnerável é de oito a 15 anos de reclusão.
