A finalidade do programa Ser Família Habitação é assegurar o direito da casa própria a pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade. “A população peixotense pode contar com a conquista das casas às famílias que não têm condições de assumir o compromisso de um financiamento imobiliário, conheço a realidade do nosso povo, por isso pensei neste programa de habitação para dar a dignidade que todos têm direito, ter a casa própria”, ratificou.
“O município vive um bom momento, a primeira-dama Marisete tem um olhar e uma atenção muito carinhosa pela população, e prontamente nos colocamos à disposição para fazer a gestão desta demanda tão importante”, pontuou.
No lançamento do programa o governador Mauro Mendes ressaltou a visão social do projeto. “Virginia sempre me cobrou sobre as políticas sociais no governo, sobre quão importante são as agendas sociais, ela tem uma visão de águia nas questões sociais. Hoje, Mato Grosso pode se orgulhar do que faz pelas pessoas que mais necessitam, isso não é apenas mérito nosso, as famílias em situação de vulnerabilidade vão receber uma ajuda de todos os mato-grossenses”, afirmou o governador.
Para Marisete, a notícia fecha o ano da cidade de Peixoto com chave de ouro. “Com certeza é motivo de comemoração. Desde o início a nossa primeira-dama do estado tem sido uma mãe para nossa população, aproveito para lembrar o atendimento com o programa Ser Família Emergencial e de todos os benefícios que tivemos no social pensados e acompanhados de perto por ela. Na minha vida eu não vi uma primeira-dama de estado tão próxima das pessoas e das ações, ressaltando que são ações distintas, porque ela não pensa na publicidade e apenas em um segmento social, é bem ampla a atenção”, destacou.
O programa Ser Família Habitação é destinado a pessoas cuja a renda per capita não ultrapasse R$ 100, com preferência às pessoas com menor renda; é necessário que tenham residido por pelo menos cinco anos e não ter sido beneficiado em outro programa habitacional de interesse social.
Segundo a Sinfra-MT, os recursos dos repasses devem ser utilizados para adquirir materiais e insumos comercializados por empresas mato-grossenses, sob pena de rescisão do convênio e devolução dos valores.
